Preparation

    For the mini layered

    Mix all the ingredients at the medium speed for 4 minutes. Serve in a tray 30x40 and bake at 160 °C for about 35-40 minutes, depending on the type of the oven.

    For the buttercream

    Mix all the ingredients at the high speed for 5 minutes until the size grows.

    Synthesis

    Cut the cake when cold in small layers and set the layers making sure that you add in the middle Variegone Speculoos Cookie. Decorate at your will.
