Bars with no added sugar, with sweeteners.

Mama’s Zero 1.000 g
Melted butter 99% 300 g
Water 140 g
Almond crocan 50 g
Crocan pistachio 50 g
Cranberries 50 g
Raisins 50 g

Preparation

    Mix Mama’s Zero, butter and water with the flat beater at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the extra ingredients and continue mixing until you get a homogenous dough.

    Serve in baking sheet of 30×40 cm covered with baking paper.

    Bake at 190°C for 18-20 minutes.

    Before it gets cold cut at will.
