Eggs 200 g
Princess margarine 600 g
Soft flour 320 g
Velex 80 g
Casa Cream 35% 500 g Ganache
Choco Drops Zero 370 g

Preparation

Petit four
Place all ingredients in the mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed with the flat beater until a homogenous dough is formed.

Cut the dough with a pastry bag on a baking sheet and bake at 210 °C for 11 minutes.

Ganache
Place the ingredients in the microwave until a homogenous mixture is formed.
