Water 60 g
Eggs 100 g
Hazelnuts 200 g
Arabesque White 30% 100 g


Place all the ingredients except the hazelnuts and the chocolate in the mixer bucket and beat with the whisk for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Add the chopped hazelnuts and the chocolate and mix until it becomes smooth.

Pour on a baking sheet of 30×40cm and bake at 170°C for 21 minutes.
