Chocolatier Avorio Cream 500 g
Rum 40 g
Red Forest Fruit Cake 1.000 g cake
Eggs 350 g cake
Oil 300 g cake
Water 265 g cake
Scaldis White 1.000 g covering
Oil 200 g covering

Preparation

    Place all the ingredients in the mixer bucket and mix with the whisk on medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Serve in baking tins and bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 35-40 minutes.

    Once the cake is frozen, make it crumb and add it to the mixer bucket together with the Chocolatier Avorio Cream and the rum and mix again.

    Form and place in the freezer. Dive it into Scaldis White.

    Decorate with trim from Red Forest Fruit Cake.
