Fruitful Blueberry 200 g
Aegina pistachios crumble 100 g
Chocolatier Avorio Cream 1.000 g For the covering
Scaldis White 300 g For the covering
Bianca GR 500 g For the decoration
Hot water 500 g For the decoration
Granulated sugar 500 g For the decoration
Powdered sugar 500 g For the decoration

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients apart from the Fruitful Blueberry and the pistachios with the whisk for 4 minutes at the medium speed.

Add the Fruitful Blueberry and the pistachios and mix again with a mariz.

 Serve in baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C  for 45-50 minutes.

For the decoration

Mix the Bianca GR, the hot water and the granulated sugar at the high speed until it swells.

Add the powdered sugar and mix with a mariz.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 100 °C for 60-90 minutes.
