Oil 75 g
Water 75 g
Minuta Ivoire 1.000 g cream
Water 2.500 g cream
Roma Top (whip) 500 g cream
Casa Cream UHT (whip) 500 g cream
Variegone Melograno 500 g coulis
Fruitful Raspberry 300 g coulis
Water 100 g coulis
Gelatin 4 pcs coulis

Preparation

    Base

    Mix all the ingredients at the low speed for 3 minutes. Pour on a 60×40cm baking sheet and bake at 170°C for 8-9 minutes.

    Cream

    Mix the water and the Minuta Ivoire with the whisk at the high speed for 4-5 minutes.

    Whisk the whipped cream ingredients and incorporate with the cream.

    Coulis

    Heat in a microwave the Variegone Melograno with the Fruitful Raspberry and the water. Soften the gelatin in cold water and homogenize in the hot fruit mix. Serve in a baking sheet and place in the freezer.

    Once the roll has cooled down, spread the grated Minute Ivoire. At the beginning of the wrapping, place an elongated piece from the frozen coulis and wrap.

    Decorate with Scaldis White.
