With forest fruit flavor.

Red Forest Fruit Cake 800 g
Flour 200 g
Eggs 100 g
Glucose 100 g
Water 100 g
Margarine Princess 200 g
Seed Mix 100 g
Cranberries 50 g
Hazelnuts 50 g


Mix all the ingredients, except the Seed mix, the cranberries and the hazelnuts, until it becomes a homogeneous dough.

Lay on baking sheet 30×40cm covered with baking paper.

Pour a little Seed mix on the dough as a decoration.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
