Preparation

For the base Ι

Mix the ingredients at the medium speed for 5 minutes. Serve in a baking sheet 60×40 and bake at 170 °C for about 9 minutes.

For the base ΙI

Mix all the ingredients at the medium speed for 3 minutes. Serve in a baking sheet 60×40 cm and bake at 170 °C for about 9 minutes.

For the cream

Mix the Minuta Ivoire at the high speed for 4- 5 minutes. Mix with the whipped cream.

Synthesis

In the preferred mold place the base and then add cream. Continue the same one more time or more depending on the layers you want.  

Place in the freezer and cover with the hot gel. Decorate at will.
