Cookies with no butter and no eggs.

Santa Mama’s 2.000 g
Flour soft 1.000 g
Margarine Princess 1.200 g
Oil (sunflower-corn oil) 200 g
Water 200 g
Regal baking powder 40 g
Vanilla on demand

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients at the slow speed of the planetary mixer with the “flat beater” for 1-2 minutes. At the end the dough must be homogeneous.

Add the ingredients of your choice and create a similar variety and make sure to mix well.

Cut the dough into pieces of 20-25 gr (irregular shape) and place on non-stick paper.

Bake cake in forms at 200°C for 15 minutes, depending on the cookies weight.
