Raisins Cake

Raisins cake with no butter and no eggs.

Santa Mama’s 2.000 g
Oil (sunflower-corn oil) 750 g
Water 550 g
Mustaphin 200 g
Raisins 300 g
Walnuts 300 g
Cinnamon (powdered) 1 teaspoon
Carlex spray

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients at the slow speed of the planetary mixer with the “flat beater” for 5 minutes. At the end the dough must be homogeneous.

    Add the walnuts and the raisins and make sure to mix well.

    Serve in 2 forms of 30-40 cm, after spraying with Carlex Spray.

    Decor with sesame, at your will.

    Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, depending on the type of the oven.
