Chocolate soufflé in a cookie bite

Glucose | 200g |
Flour | 400 g |
Water | 150 g |
Chocolate Drops | 100 g |
Preparation
Add all the ingredients and mix at low speed for 1-2 minutes.
Cut the dough in 40 gr molds and place them in a baking sheet.
Bake at 190°C for 8 minutes or at 200°C for 7 minutes depending on the oven.
