Place all ingredients in a mixer and blend with the paddle attachment for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Serve in molds filling up to 2/3.
Bake at 180-190°C for a time proportional to their weight and the type of oven (indicatively, for 300g cakes, bake
for 40-45 minutes at 180-185°C).
