Vegan cinnamon biscuits

Vegan Cake Mix 1.000 g
Flour 900 g
Princess margarine 750 g
Oil 25 g
Water 125 g
Cinnamon 30 g

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a mixer and blend with the paddle attachment for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Knead the mixture and cut into rolls.
Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
