Preparation

Mix the ingredients with lukewarm milk and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Then, we stir and place it into the ice cream machine.

It can also be pasteurized.

Once the ice cream is ready, layer and decorate with Variegone Apple Cinnamon and Granella Speculoos.
