Galaktompoureko Gelato

Casa Gelato Paradosiaka (Traditional). Gelato Galaktompoureko, a traditional dessert, turned into delicious ice cream.

Full-fat milk 1.500 g
Casa Cream 35% 500 g
Gelato Parfait Cream 1.000 g
Butter 82% 150 g
Imvertozacharo 20 g
Vanillia 4 g
Lemon zest 1 pcs

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, ensuring the milk is lukewarm, and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Then, stir and place it into the ice cream machine.

It can also be pasteurized.

Layer with baked and lightly syrup-soaked phyllo pastry.

Decorate with Biscotto Di Meliga.
