Gelato Cheesecake 1.000 g
Cream cheese 150 g
Kadaif 1.000 g extra
Butter 82% 300 g extra

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, ensuring the milk is lukewarm, and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Then, stir and place it into the ice cream machine.

It can also be pasteurized.

Once the ice cream is ready, layer it with kataifi and decorate with finely chopped Aegina pistachios.
