Full-fat milk 1.500 g
Casa Cream 35% 500 g
Gelato Kaimakli 1.000 g
Baked and syrup-soaked tsoureki extra
Cinnamon sticks extra

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, ensuring the milk is lukewarm, and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

Stir and place it into the ice cream machine (pasteurization is also possible).

Once the ice cream is ready, layer it with baked and syrup-soaked tsoureki. Decorate with cinnamon sticks.
