Red Velvet Tart with Yogurt Ice Cream

Flour 500 gr tart ingredients
Butter 99% 300 gr tart ingredients
Eggs 300 gr tart ingredients
Casa Gelato Yogurt 1.000 gr gelato ingredients
Milk (whole) 2.000 gr gelato ingredients
Variegone Frangoline Di Bosco extra ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the tart ingredients with the use of the flat beater at medium speed for 2 minutes, until you get a homogenous dough!

    Place the dough in a thickness of 2-3 mm thickness into a tart form of 8,5 cm diameter. Bake at 185-190oC for 10-12 minutes.

    Allow them to cool.

    Mix the gelato ingredients, let it rest for 15 minutes, mix and pour it at the gelato machine.

    When gelato is ready, fill the tarts and decorate with Variegone Frangoline Di Bosco.
