Shortcrust savory bites

Chopped bacon 330 g filling ingredients I
Chopped red pepper 2 pieces filling ingredients I
Semi-hard cheese 500 g filling ingredients II
Chopped boiled sausage 330 g filling ingredients II
Chopped green pepper 2 τμχ filling ingredients II

Preparation

    Base:

    Mix all the base ingredients at low speed for 4 minutes or use a pastry blender and mix with the use of the flat beater for 2-3 minutes at low speed.

    Filling:

    Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl.

    Bite production:

    Add the filling ingredients you prefer to the dough and mix at medium speed for 1 minute.

    Cut the dough into 30 g portions.

    Bake at 180°C for 22-25 minutes.

    Decorate with white or black sesame.
