Chocolate rocks

Chocolate rocks with crispy rice chocolate sauce.

Chocolatier Choco Rice 1.000 g
Scaldis Extra Dark 400 g

Preparation

Melt the Scaldis Extra Dark at 45°C and add the Chocolatier Choco Rice.

Mix until well blended.

Allow the mixture to rest for 30-60 minutes.

Shape into chocolate uneven rocks.

Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Coat with Scaldis Extra Dark.
