Mosaic dessert

Mosaic dessert with crispy rice chocolate sauce.

Chocolatier Choco Rice 1.000 g
Scaldis Extra Dark 400 g
Petit beurre biscuits 300 g


Melt the Scaldis Extra Dark at 45°C, add the Chocolatier Choco Rice and finally add the biscuits (once you have broken them into small pieces).

Mix until all ingredients are well blended.

Pour the mixture into molds and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove from the mold and coat with Dip Choco (coating).
