Oil 400 g
Water 425 g
Walnuts coarsely grated 200-250 g
Cinnamon powder 1,5 tsp
Clove powder σκόνη 1 tsp
Inverted sugar 1 kg For the syrup
Water 200 g For the syrup

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients apart from the walnuts with the flat beater for 5 minutes at the medium speed.

Add the walnuts and mix.

Fill baking forms and bake at 180°C  for 45 minutes depending on weight.

Prepare the syrup, cut in pieces and pour on the walnut pie
