Sunflower oil 400 g
Water 280 g
Yogurt 50 g
Orange juice 150 g
Orange shavings 100 g
Inverted sugar 1 kg For the syrup
Water 200 g For the syrup

Preparation

Mix the ingredients apart from the yogurt with a flat beater at 4 minutes at medium speed.

Add the yogurt and mix with a spatula.

Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 170°C.

Prepare the syrup.

When the cake has cooled down pour with the hot syrup.
