Place the ingredients in the mixer and beat with the paddle attachment for 2-3 minutes on low or medium speed.

Add the ingredients of your choice and be sure to mix gently.

"Cut" the dough into pieces of 20-25 gr and place them on non-stick paper.

Bake at 200°C for about 13-14 minutes.
