Mix with the flat beater for ±5 minutes at the fast speed of a mixer.

For mixing by hand, mix intensively using a hand  whisk.

Rest the dough for 40-50 minutes at warm place.

Using a small spoon take portions of dough and fry them in hot oil (180-190°C) until the dumplings get golden brown color.
