Macaron Mix 1.000 gr
Tap water 180 gr

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together with the flat beater at medium speed for 5 minutes.

Cut onto a parchment paper preferable sizes and bake in a fan oven at 145-150oC for 14 minutes (depending on the size).
