Cheese Cream Phill 500 g ingredients for the cream
Milk (full-fat) 1.450 g ingredients for the cream
Brunella (gelato paste) 200 g ingredients for the cream
Chocolatier Choco Bisc 500 g ingredients for the base
Biscotto 200 g ingredients for the base
Fruitful Red Cherry to your taste covering

Preparation

    Mix the base ingredients in a bowl until the dough becomes homogeneous. 

    Line a layer of biscuit base in a preferred form.

    Mix the Cheese Cream Phill with the milk for 5 – 6 minutes at high speed.

    Add the Brunella and mix well.

    Add a layer of chocolate cream and freeze well.

    Cover with Fruitful Red Cherry.
