Baked Cheesecake

Cheese Cream Phill 500 g
Full fat milk 700 g
Eggs 220 g
Strained yoghurt 10% fat 550 – 600 g
Butter biscuits to your taste

Preparation

Mix the Cheese Cream Phill with the milk and the eggs at the high speed for 2 minutes.

Add the yoghurt and continue mixing at high speed for 2-3 minutes.

Serve the mixture in a round form with a biscuit base and leave 0,5 cm from its surface.

Bake at 165-170oC for 50-55 minutes.

*Mix by hand if you add fruits to the cheese.

**When ready, the product should rise no more than 1,5 – 2 cm.
