Preparation

Method
Add the milk and Minuta Speculoos to the mixer bowl.
Whisk at high speed for 3 minutes using the wire to whip, until the mixture is fully homogenized.


Notes

  1. The cream can be stored refrigerated and remains stable for filling applications.
  2. The cream is also ideal for éclairs and syrup-soaked filled pastries.
