Barfit 1.000 gr Cookies ingredients
Water 110 gr Cookies ingredients
Butter 99% (melted) 160 gr Cookies ingredients
Oat flakes 150 gr Cookies ingredients
Chocolate Drops 80 gr Cookies ingredients

Preparation

Mix the Barfit, the water and the melted butter together with the flat beater for 2 minutes at medium speed.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the flat beater at medium speed until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Cut the dough into 25-30 gr and place it onto a parchment paper.

Bake at 185oC for 8-9 minutes.

If you want a more crunchy texture then bake longer for 10-11 minutes.

Recipe with the addition of Margarine: 

You can replace the butter amount with 290 gr of Margarine Princess.

The water amount should be 60 gr.
