Barfit - Bars with a cereal blend.

Butter 99% (melted) 230 gr Bar ingredients

Sunflower seeds 50 gr Bar ingredients

Pistachio 50 gr Bar ingredients
Almonds 50 gr Bar ingredients
Hazelnuts 50 gr Bar ingredients
Chocolate Drops 50 gr Bar ingredients

Preparation

    Mix the Barfit with the water and the melted butter with the flat beater for 1-2 minutes at medium speed.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the flat beater at medium speed until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Spread 800-850 gr of dough onto a 21-28 cm baking tray.

    Bake at 220oC for 12-13 minutes or 190oC for 19-20 minutes (for a soft texture) or at 185oC for 22 minutes (for a crunchy texture).

    Before it cools down, score and cut into preferable shapes and sizes.

Recipe with the addition of Margarine:

Replace the butter amount with 290 gr of Margarine Princess.

The water amount should be 60 gr.
