Mix all the base ingredients together at low speed for 2-4 minutes. The dough should be easy to mould.

Cut the dough into small pieces and give the desired shape.

Optionally, roll the cookie sticks on brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place the cookie sticks onto a baking tray and bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
