Recipe

Go Cookies | 600 g |
Flour “cake type” | 250 g |
Eggs | 150 g |
Butter 99% | 300 g |
Poppy seed | 50 g |
Preparation
Add all the ingredients and mix with the flat beater for 1 minute at mid speed.
Shape with your hand in 25-30 g each and put in a tray with a baking paper.
Before baking you can decorate with:
- Brown sugar
- Choco Drops
- Grated pistachio
- Coconut
- Grated walnuts
Bake for 11 minutes at 200°C.
