Classic soft cookies

Basic recipe to add the ingredients of your choice!

Go Cookies 500 g
Flour “cake type” 200 g
Eggs 100 g
Butter 99% 200 g
Inverted sugar syrup 125 g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with the flat beater at the slow speed for 1 minute and continue mixing at the medium speed for 1 more minute.

*eggs should be frozen and butter should be at room temperature

Add one of the following combinations and mix slowly:

  • 60 g raisins, 130 g grated walnuts, 4 g cinnamon, 75 g coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 200 g Chocolate Drops
  • 100 g grated pistachio and 100 g Chocolate Drops
  • 180 g Chocolate Drops and 30 g lemon juice
  • 125 g peeled almonds and 10 g Amaretto
  • 150 g finely grated walnut kernels and 50 g Chocolate Drops
  • 150 g finely grated hazelnuts and 50 g Chocolate Drops

Cut the dough into pieces of 35 - 65 g.

Put the cookies in a tray lined with a baking paper.

Bake at 195-200°C for 9 – 11 minutes.
