Mama's Choco Cake - Halloween Special! Chocolate Layered Cake with buttercream and orange colored sugar paste.

Fat-soluble orange food coloring Buttercream ingredients
Decor Icing White (sugar paste) Extra ingredients
Scaldis Dark (compound chocolate) Extra ingredients
Food coloring Extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the cake ingredients together, at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Pour the mixture into 18 cm molds, filling them up to 2/3 of their hight. 

    Bake at 160 - 165°C for 35 minutes.

    Once they have cooled down, cut into layers and spread buttercream in between.

    Cover the whole cake with buttercream and place it in the fridge. 

    Add orange food coloring to the Decor Icing White sugar paste and spread into a thin layer. 

    Cover the cake with the sugar paste and finish by making a stem with green orange food colored sugar paste. 

    Melt Scaldis Dark and use for the decoration details.
